As we see it, there's an infinite number of ways that Jimmy Buffett's tropically-tinted tune could manifest itself in video game form:
- A near-endless RPG: The Quest for the Lost Shaker of Salt
- A sailing simulator: Son of a Son of a Sailing Simulator
- A smooth rhythm game, which is sadly what it probably will be
- A smooth rhythm game/sailing simulator, which ... which might be kind of magical

It'll be a gritty realistic first person shooter full of chiseled men with short hair and possibly a 5 0'clock shadow. Everything will be brown, including the water.
It will be set in the future where a bunch of aliens want to attack the last defense of mankind, Margaritaville - a place where slow, heavily accented music thrives. I hear it'll also hire a 5 year old writer for the script and story
I feel this game will be revolutionary! Nothing like it this generation!

A Margaritaville video game would be the most chill game ever. There wouldn't be any enemies, or any platforms to jump over, or any levels or anything. The game would be nothing but you ordering margaritas, rum and cokes, Coronas, and the occasional banana daquiri. Occasionally you'd have to shoo away a parrot, or re-apply suntan lotion so you can continue to sunbathe out on the beach, gradually turning a golden brown color.

You guys are on the wrong track imo. The filing is vague of course like most are, and it really could just be interactive game software of any kind. The likely product is something for casino gambling, like a slot machine. Slot machines are essentially video games in a way, they use computer graphics, input devices, and are intractable. The proof of thought being that the Trump Marina casino in Atlantic City was recently bought out and is soon going to be transformed into a new casino called Margaritaville, themed after Jimmy Buffet's song itself. So it's likely a brand of slot machines that will be used there that they don't want competing casinos to use, hence the trademark.

As a Buffett fan, I think this has the potential to be something very cool or very disappointing. Personally, I think it could be the next Resident Evil or Left 4 Dead game. Have you ever seen Parrotheads after a concert? Zombies!!!!!
