Pre-order Left 4 Dead 2, get a spiffy Team Fortress 2 hat

Some may hold issue with the fact that the Team Fortress and Left 4 Dead universes have collided; however, Valve has explained the phenomena, stating that "while conducting a science experiment on parallel dimensions, Bill's hat fell off a table into the Team Fortress universe." Done! That's all the justification required. Oh, and if Bill's hat isn't enough incentive to pre-order the zombie apocalypse survival simulator, know that the game is currently 10% off on Steam.

This is like the fourth pre-order bonus. They already gave 10% off, early access to the demo, and the baseball bat. Anything they add on top of the listed bonuses is just gravy on the top.

I think it's ironic that even though people were complaining that TF2 was getting more love than L4D, the preorder bonus for L4D2 is a TF2 hat. It makes more sense, sure, but I still think it's funny.

I only played L4D for a couple weeks. It was fun, but TF2 has kept me playing day after day after day. It's easily the best online shooter I've played. I pre-ordered the 4-pack of l4d2, and I'm sure it'll be awesome, but I also know that after I've had some fun with it I'll be going back to playing TF2.
By the way, Bill's hat does look pretty cool on every class.

I thought that was Heavy at first. Soldier looks so weird when you can actually see his eyes.
